More than 15 years in market development, operations and the delivery of high-impact projects, designing and scaling models that combine field teams, digital channels and in-house technology. Business Administration degree from Universidad del Norte, MBA from Universidad de los Andes, and executive education at Harvard Business School.
Known for his strategic leadership and hands-on execution, he drives initiatives to streamline processes, strengthen teams and generate growth. He leads projects with high business and social impact.
Today he continues to push the adoption of technology through LeIA, the engine that gives clients full visibility and control over their operations, always with an eye on precision and continuous improvement.
